The view outside my window is dreary. It’s been raining for a couple of days now. I’m beginning to feel like the kids in the Cat in the Hat. I thought this dreary day might make a great day to share some of the photographs from a sunnier time.

These photographs (except the one above—that’s from this morning), are of Tim, a high school senior in Anne Arundel County. After driving around the back roads of Davidsonville, MD for a few hours I found the perfect location. It had just the fence I had envisioned, and it came with some other interesting scenery as well.

These were taken as part of an artistic adventure, not official senior portraiture.
