Back in May of this year, we held a contest for Mother’s Day. Our winner, Laura, was ecstatic! She was still pregnant at the time, but ready. Unfortunately, Laura’s daughter Kimberly went through some rough patches in those first few weeks, and she just needed a little more time. Laura asked us to wait, and we were glad to put the session on hold so that they could get some beautiful images as soon as Kimberly was ready. In October, she was ready for the spotlight. Our shooter Felipe made the trip to Havre De Grace, where he met Laura and Kimberly at the Concord Point Lighthouse. They wandered around a little bit taking pictures as Kimberly warmed up, and then concluded the session with some wonderfully expressive images in the soft light under a tree.
