Terrapin Beach Park, Eastern Shore

This place was amazing. I liked the short walk to the beach. The number of different locations and shots you could get are huge. It was pretty empty during that time. All in all, a great spot for shooting.

Good For: Adults, Families with adolescent and teenage kids
Feeling: Beach-y, lots of green and long paths, romantic or adventurous feelings abound.

Kinder Farm Park, Millersville

Feeling: Rustic. Feelings frequently evoked by the classic farmland scenes.

Cylburn Arboretum, Baltimore

“Sprawling. It’s a really nice mix of greenery, plants and stonework. Looks really nice in the spring time when the trees are blooming. Parking can be a challenge, depending on the time of day.”

Feeling: Sparse, but Interesting architecture adds a historic feeling that does not overwhelm the wide open spaces.

Federal Hill Park, Baltimore
