Karin's Florist

Karin’s Florist is a floral and gift shop that was established on October 26, 1956. The business was founded by Bill Dukas and his father-in-law, George Raptis, at the 7 Corners Shopping Center. The shop was named in honor of Bill Dukas’ first-born child and George Raptis’ first grandchild, Karin. Initially, the store opened with a modest staff of four: George and Mary Raptis, Bill Dukas, and a driver. The founders had a singular goal in mind: to create floral arrangements that would be memorable.

Over the years, the business has evolved significantly. Today, the shop is nationally recognized and has received the title of “Best Florist in America.” The physical size of the store has more than doubled since its inception. Despite this growth, the company maintains that its top priorities remain outstanding customer service and delivering floral arrangements that are worth remembering. The team at Karin’s Florist consists of talented employees who contribute to the shop’s reputation for quality.

Karin’s Florist offers a wide range of products beyond just flowers. The store features a variety of plants, including dish gardens, orchids, peace lilies, and succulents. Additionally, the shop provides gift baskets filled with savory snacks and treats. Customers can also find themed collectibles to add a personal touch to their gifts.
